Loft was the fastest startup in Brazil to reach a unicorn level. There I was invited to open the financial services business unit and remained there until we got the biggest mortgage operation in our country from 0 to 1 with R$1Bi in origination.

Loft Design Team was one of the best design teams I've worked on.
I was the 5th Designer on the team and in the 3 years I spent there the Design team got up to 60 designers.
The team was led by one of my biggest mentors, Diogo Kpelo and I joined to start the mortgage and financial services as a business unit inside Loft main business.
From the beginning of my journey there, I laid the groundwork for the mortgage services we built and subsequently had the opportunity to lead the team as a Product Design Specialist alongside the great Amanda Ponte (Head of Design)
Leading from Craft as a Product Design Specialist
As a Design Specialist within the group, and the contribution of great product designers, we've constructed our Design Vision and Principles, our biggest Product Vision for the mortgage business unit and Product Strategy plans to enhance the experience for our customers and align the design org.
I was responsible for the design craft and for fostering quality and the team's growth in influence by refining our processes, establishing collaborative environments, and molding our product visions and strategic plans.
